1.1. Acceptance of Service: 

Registering on the Tourism Providers Hub (hereinafter, "the Platform"), the user (hereinafter, "the Provider") unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions. Access to and use of the Platform is the sole responsibility of the user.

1.2. Intellectual Property 

All intellectual property rights of the Platform, its design, source code (Drupal Custom Modules), logos, and brand belong to the owner. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

1.3. Provider's Responsibility

Truthfulness of Information: The Provider guarantees that all data provided (ID, Certifications, Contact) is real and current.
Professional Conduct: The Provider commits to maintaining quality standards and professional ethics in the services assigned through connected agencies.
Account Use: The account is personal and non-transferable. The Provider is responsible for the security of their credentials.

1.4. Marketplace Dynamics and Reputation

Reviews: The Provider agrees that tourists and agencies may issue ratings (Like/Dislike) and feedback on their performance.
Visibility: The Platform reserves the right to limit visibility in the Marketplace to those profiles that do not meet the Quality Threshold (Photo, Specialty, Experience).

1.5. Limitation of Liability The Owner acts as a technological facilitator (Hub). It is not responsible for:

Labor or payment disputes between the hiring Company and the Provider.
Minor service interruptions due to maintenance.
Misuse of information by third parties authorized by the user.
