1. Privacy and Data Protection Policy
Compliance: Law No. 29733 (Peru) and International Standards.

1.1. Data Controller 

The data controller of the database is Wilmet Luis Sonco Apaza (Tax ID / RUC 10411187581), domiciled in Cusco - Peru. The data will be stored on secure web servers with encryption protocols.

1.2. Data Collected We collect necessary information for logistics operations and the marketplace:

Identity (Names, ID/Passport).
Contact (Phone, Email, Social Networks).
Professional (Specialties, Languages, Experience, Photos).

1.3. Purpose of Processing The data will be used exclusively to:

Allow the assignment of services through the ERP-Hub connection.
Display the professional profile in the Marketplace to interested agencies.
Manage the reputation and service quality system.
Send critical notifications about service orders.

1.4. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) 

In accordance with Law No. 29733, the Provider may exercise their rights over their personal data at any time:

Access/Rectification: Directly from their "My Profile" dashboard.
Cancellation/Opposition: By formal request to the administration email of Picasso Digital.

1.5. Data Transfer: 

The user authorizes the transfer of their data to the Agencies (ERPs) they agree to work with, solely for operational dispatch and tourism logistics purposes. We do not sell or transfer databases to third parties for advertising purposes outside the sector.
